Ezi (Han Jiangxue) is the artist’s and project coordinator at the Midi Festival, China’s largest rock festival. Her main work includes content planning, artist management and logistics, and the implementation of various projects of Midi. Another role she has in the music industry is the agent of the Mongolian modern world music group Tulegur. Since graduating from university in 2010, Ezi has joined Beijing’s independent brand Fake Music Media as a project manager, participating in the French Horn Rebellion (Beijing), The Take Over China Version tour (PuppetMastaz, Jeans Team, Pitchtuner, etc.), Shanghai Music performances such as live performances at the German Embassy at the World Expo. After study cultural management in UK, she worked briefly at Universal Music China (oversea) and officially worked at Live Nation China at the end of the 2012. In 2014, she worked as an artist coordinator and project leader. Projects include performances by international artists such as Jason Mraz, G-Dragon, Pet Shop Boys, The Killers, and Xu Wei’s national tour (after leaving the company, she is still involved as a freelancer in Mariah Carey, Ariana Grand, Jason Marz, Backstreet Boys, Big Bang, 5 Seconds of Summer and other international artists’ China tour). During 2014-2016, she began her freelance career with a number of companies, including assisting overseas artist reservations and project coordinating, includes Kaiguan Culture and its Dongdong Music Festival/Conference at Midi Music Festival. At the same time, Ezi officially took over the Tuligur’s management and opened up its overseas markets. In recent years, it not only led a large-scale European tour, but also made the band’s footprints in the Indian Ocean, Europe and Asian countries. In 2015, her first recording as executive producer, “Wind, Grass, Sound”, was ranked 1st in the world music section of the iTunes rankings in New Zealand and Switzerland, 8th in Australia and 46th in Germany. Tuligul also the nominee of the best folk artists of the year in Midi Chinese Rock Awards almost every year. From 2016, she officially took full-time responsibility for the artist planning and project management of the Midi Music Festival. In addition, as a special support, she also joined Zhuhai’s Mumaland Music Festival (since 2016) and the team of Yugong Yishan Festival (since 2017) in Beijing.
