Ian Emmanuel C. Urrutia is the co-founder, head curator and artist & media relations manager of The Rest Is Noise – an independent production outfit based in Manila. Aside from providing his curation and marketing expertise on The Rest Is Noise’s annual regional music festivals such as Summer Noise and All of The Noise, he is also a contributing editor for Supreme– a pop culture, music and arts section in the local newspaper Philippine Star. He also produces concerts with Gabi Na Naman Productions, most notably, the comeback show of Ebe Dancel, Johnoy Danao and Bullet Dumas at the Kia Theatre and folk legend Joey Ayala’s headlining show at the Music Museum.
