Ingrid Kohtla

Ingrid is the Head of Communication and Programme Curator of the international city culture and talent showcase festival Tallinn Music Week and music festival Station Narva in Estonia. She’s also the director and producer of Estonian Television’s music and culture programme as well as a seasoned club and events promoter. She has worked as the freelance music critic, and lectured at the Estonian Academy of Arts about pop culture and music journalism, specialising in the state of the post-subcultural realm in our meta-modernist era.
